The BAAN LUMA Villa represents a complete architectural and interior design achievement within my Airbnb Project offer, dedicated to full property creation and furnishing for rentals. I received the house as an empty shell and oversaw the entire process, from architectural plans and material selection to custom furniture, finishes, and interior layout. Every element was thoughtfully curated to ensure a balanced and inviting atmosphere. The client entrusted me with a global budget and full creative freedom to design a cohesive, functional, and aesthetically calm space.
The result is a 100% turn-key project where everything is ready for immediate hosting. From furniture and textiles to kitchenware and décor, every detail reflects a seamless blend of minimalism, tropical comfort, and refined simplicity.
