Same Walls -> New Soul A Thoughtful Transformation.
Originally designed by a Thai owner, this home was acquired by our Israeli client with a clear brief: expand the living space thoughtfully, without compromising the existing structure or exceeding budget.

The approach was strategic rather than structural. By reimagining the floor plan, the original living room, closed kitchen, and bathrooms were transformed into a complete master bedroom suite, featuring an open walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a sleek wet room with dedicated shower and toilet. The result: a private, hotel-quality retreat within the existing footprint.
The former bedroom, once connected to an outdoor balcony, became a well-appointed kids' room with its own bathroom. The original front balcony was converted into a shared entrance corridor with a powder room, providing independent access to both bedrooms. The extension was designed with precision, a stepped elevation that preserved the home's signature high ceilings and original ceiling profile throughout. This new volume now houses the living room, kitchen, outdoor balcony, and pool, all oriented toward a generous, lush garden.
